Chilean Kiwi Shines in an Exclusive Live Culinary Experience

It was a privilege to lead an exclusive live culinary showcase at Food Stories ( Ambience mall vasantkunj ) celebrating the incredible versatility of Chilean Kiwi, transforming this vibrant fruit into progressive, gourmet creations that blend innovation with global flavours. I demonstrated two dishes made from Chilean Kiwi – kiwi aglio olio pepperoncino with curry leaf tempered truffle sauce and Kiwi chat with Avo mousse and tangy tomato .

For me, every ingredient tells a story, and the Chilean Kiwi beautifully demonstrates how nutrition, sustainability, and creativity can come together on a plate.
